All shipments will be made by the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Customers will receive tracking information to their specified method of contact once packages are shipped. Once order is received packages will ship within 3-5 business days. Package receipt time will be based solely on the United States Postal Service and their processing times. If a customer wishes to have a package expedited, they can send a request to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate. We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. We do our best on maintaining a "treat other's how you want to be treated" philosophy. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no refund policy for products that have been confirmed as delivered by the USPS or other shipping agency.
